The Time Tracking System helps to monitor employee hours, calculating wages and project costs as well as providing invoice printouts for billing. It includes a login system and access levels which can adjust which portions of the system different employees have access to. Users can log hours for specific projects, and administrators can track wider financial trends.

  • Can I use one of these systems without Microsoft Office?

    • Yes! Microsoft provides a free version of Microsoft Access which is fully capable of running any of our freeware systems. It can be downloaded here.

  • The system is asking me for login information, what do I type in for the username and password?

    • Some of our freeware systems are come with an extra layer of built-in security and require users to login to the system. Once you’ve installed them and started setting things up, you’ll be able to customize the login credentials for each user from within the program, but for a freshly downloaded system the default username and password are admin and admin.

  • How do I install the system?

    • Our systems are provided as Microsoft Access files downloaded in compressed .zip folders. Once you’ve downloaded the folder, simply open it, copy the database file, and paste it onto your desktop. You can then double-click on the file itself to open it using MS Access.
